- RummyCircle is a rummy game owned by Play Games24x7 Private Limited (“Company”). Turbo Rummy is a cash game hosted by Company and the winners (as determined by the Company) are awarded certain prizes by the Company subject to these cash game terms and conditions.
- The RummyCircle Terms of Service (“Terms”) available at Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time) shall also apply and govern the cash game.
- The validity of the cash game may be extended/reduced without notification to the players and without incurring any liability.
- Prizes for Turbo Rummy include cash, non-cash (white goods) as prizes. The selection and distribution of non-cash prizes, including the selection of winners are at the sole discretion of RummyCircle and are non-transferable.
- The images of non-cash prizes in our promotional materials are for representation purposes only and may differ from the actual prize awarded. The decision of RummyCircle will be final and binding in this regard.
- Cash prizes will be credited to the winners' RummyCircle account instantly after game completion.
- Players must be KYC & PAN verified to claim their cash and/or non-cash prizes. The details of PAN should match the KYC document details.
- In case of any dispute in the selection of the winners, the decision of RummyCircle shall be final and binding.
- RummyCircle reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice to the players and without incurring any liability. RummyCircle’s decision regarding the same shall be final and binding on the players.
- The non-cash prize winners will receive an email confirmation or phone call about the winning prize within forty-eight (48) hours from the completion and winning of the game. In case a winner does not receive an email or phone call, the winner is requested to contact our Helpdesk for further queries within seven (7) days of the completion/winning of the game
- To be eligible to claim the non-cash & cash prizes, the winners must be willing to freely provide a written and video testimonial (as per the requirement of Company) that captures their personal winning experience. Company will reach out to the winners for the same. Company reserves the right to use these written and video testimonials of the winners for marketing and promotional purposes. Company retains the right to review, edit, and approve these written and video testimonials of the winners as per their requirements and sole discretion.
- The players winning cash and non-cash prizes in this cash game agree that their name and their state of residence may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Company and that such winners have no objections whatsoever to such use.
- A 30% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be applicable on claimed prizes.
- Winners have the option to opt for either the non-cash prize or equivalent amount in a wallet. If the winners decide to opt for an equivalent amount in a wallet, this value of the prize will be determined by Company and will be subject to tax deducted at source (TDS) as per applicable laws.
- RummyCircle and the game is valid only in India. Players of Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Assam, Sikkim, and Telangana (“banned states”) are not eligible to participate or play RummyCircle or the cash game. Players from banned states attempting to participate by altered means will be subjected to strict action by the Company and the Company shall not be held liable or responsible in any way.
- Players in breach/violation of the Terms and these cash game Terms or involved in any fraudulent acts or any breach of applicable laws shall not be eligible for any prizes and may be additionally subject to consequential action(s) as may be unilaterally decided by the Company.
- Employees of Company are not eligible for participation in the cash game.
- One player can have only one account on RummyCircle. If multiple accounts from the same player are detected, all prizes won will be canceled.
- Any violation/breach of the cash game Terms at any stage may result in disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and such other actions as determined by Company and as stated in the cash game Terms.
- Company offers no guarantees or warranties of any kind in relation to the prizes.
- All the specific terms and conditions associated with non-cash prizes shall be complied with by the winners and the Company shall not be responsible for the same once they reach the winners.
- Players shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company its affiliates, directors, partners and employees from any claims, losses or damages suffered by Company in relation to any fraudulent acts, misuse of this cash game and breach of the Terms and/or cash game Terms by the players. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
- Company shall in no way be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential claims/damages incurred by the players or any third party resulting from (i) this cash game or the prizes won by the players in relation to this cash game (ii) any non-functionality/defects of the non-cash prizes (iii) redemption/delayed redemption of any prizes in relation to this cash game.
- This game may be habit-forming or financially risky. The players are advised to play responsibly.
- RummyCircle is an online rummy cash game owned by Play Games24x7 Private Limited (“Company”).
- The RummyCircle Terms of Service as specified on the RummyCircle website/App, as amended (“Terms”) shall also be read and complied with along with these offer terms.
- The most recently amended offer terms in relation to this offer shall be applicable to this offer on the current date, regardless of the fact that the user was projected different offer terms in the past while availing this offer, unless otherwise determined by Company.
- Company is offering the players of Turbo Rummy trips to various destinations as specified in the table below as per certain entry fees, which is subject to change without notification (“Offer”)

- The Company shall select the winners in a randomized manner and as per its sole discretion and will connect with eligible players for notifying them of the same.
- Eligible players will also have the option to take an equivalent cash amount of the trips in their RummyCircle wallet and such cash equivalent amount will be solely decided by the Company and the eligible winners shall have no right to oppose the same.
- If the eligible players opt for a trip, they will need to provide their Aadhar card and/or passport and any other document to the Company as required by the Company. Such documents shall be valid and existing as on date and such trips will not be scheduled if the documents are not approved by the Company.
- The eligible players are required to avail the trips within ninety (90) days from the date they are notified by the Company, post which they will not be eligible to avail the trips.
- The eligible players who opt for the trips will need to pay a 30% TDS.
- The trips are offered to the eligible player and one (1) more/extra passenger.
- The eligible players need to select the dates for their respective trips.
- The Company will only provide funds for and organize (through a third party) the flights, hotels and transfers to hotels from the airport. However, flights will be provided from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai only. Travelling costs to these airports will be borne by the eligible players themselves. Furthermore, all other expenses will be borne by the players themselves.
- Company shall select the locations and hotels and the players shall have no right to request for any change.
- The trips shall comprise of either two (2) nights/three (3) days or three (3) nights/four (4) days for all the trips.
- For the ITC & Taj experience, Company will provide a booking two (2) nights in the nearest Taj/ITC hotel according to the eligible player's location, for the eligible player plus one (1) more person. It is hereby clarified that the Company will not provide transfers to and from the hotel and the eligible winners will need to bear their own travel costs to these hotels (to and fro) and all other expenses.
- Eligible players will also have the option to take an equivalent cash amount of the ITC & Taj experience in their RummyCircle wallet and such cash equivalent amount will be solely decided by the Company and the eligible winners shall have no right to oppose the same.
- Company shall not be responsible (i) for any claims or damages with respect to the trips and for any event or circumstance that the players experience during the trips (ii) any amendments to these offer terms.
- Company offers no specific warranties/guarantees with respect to the Offer.
- Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect and consequential damages relating to the Offer.
- If any player is involved in any kind of fraudulent activity on RummyCircle App/gameplay (as solely determined by Company) or participate in this Offer from banned states, breach of applicable laws or breach of these offer terms and/or Terms, then the user will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive the any trips. The decision of Company in this regard shall be final.
- Company reserves the right to cancel/terminate/withdraw/extend this Offer at any time without citing any reasons, without notification to the players and without incurring any liabilities.
- Company reserves the right to amend these Offer terms at any time without citing any reasons, without notification to the users and without incurring any liabilities.
- Players shall indemnify and hold harmless Company its affiliates, directors, partners and employees from any claims, losses or damages suffered by Company in relation to any fraudulent acts, breach of applicable laws, misuse of this Offer and breach of these Offer terms and/or Terms by the users.
